Issues with rpm_newitemloc batch

in Retail Price Management (MOSC) Question

Hi Oracle Support Team,

We are facing few issues while running rpm_newitemloc batch. We are on RPM version 12.0.10.

1. If rpm_stage_item_loc table has more than 1000 records, the batch runs for more than 5 hours.

2. Sometimes, the batch runs for hours and deletes records from the staging table. But the records do not get inserted to rpm_future_retail table.

Could you please advice on the same?
