strange things [dmesg vs uptime]

Hi, all.

I observed a strange things happened in development zone.

server become unresponsible  at night for a 30 minutes  and when login I see followning

1) it was rebooted, because of uptime

>>

root@test-1:~# uptime

  5:21pm  up 16:05,  1 user,  load average: 0.70, 0.69, 0.69

root@test-1:~# date

Monday, April 23, 2018 05:25:59 PM MSK

2) I observe dmesg that is older that  uptime for an a half of a day
