SSO - CTI Driver

Hi,

We have developed custom CTI driver for Cisco UCCE (Contact Center). Currently Siebel and Cisco UCCE both are configured separately and use their credentials to login into respective systems. Each Siebel user is configured with Cisco credentials which allows the user to perform login in the Cisco telephony (using CTI Toolbar Login button) i.e. UCCE.

Now we are in the process of implementing "Standards based Web SSO" for Siebel CRM as well as Cisco UCCE. We are using Microsoft Active Directory as a "Third Party Authentication Service".

Once both the systems Siebel and Cisco are configured for SSO, we do not need to configure Cisco Finesse users for each Siebel user. Rather once the Sibel user logs in, the CTI Driver will use same credentials to login into the Cisco UCCE.
