JDE PunchOut Error

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 (Procurement)

We are trying to implement JDE Requisition Self Service (PunchOut). We were able to establish direct connect with the Suppliers website, However, We are getting error response "500:Invalid Punchout request" on Supplier's website.We discussed this issue with Supplier's development team. After reviewing, We found that there is an additional tag <SupplierSetup> </SupplierSetup>  not expected in XML by Supplier.

Test :

We tested our approach / findings by removing <SupplierSetup> </SupplierSetup> tag  from XML and using https://equallevel.com/punchout/cxml-punchout-tester , we were able to connect with supplier's punchout site without any issue.

Questions :

  • Is it possible to skip this tag from J43E000 - J43E0010-PunchOutAuthenticationProcessor?
