UOM Not listed in Modifier Line

We are trying to update the end date of a Modifier Line. We get 'UOM is Invalid' error. When I check the UOM LOV, it id not listing any value. This is happening only for that particular Modifier Line. All other lines has UOM values. This Modifier is defined for Pricing Category, not Item.
