workflow group owner undefined issue

I created a workflow group = "workflow_group" by ID="SOP".

When I press the "modify" for "workflow_group" in the workflow managerment page by same ID=SOP, I got the message "only the group owner can delete it. group owner: undefined".

Why do I get the message? Where can I update or change the workflow group owner?
