Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to create SR

Hi,

I am not able to create SR for RPAS anymore, operating system/version and problem type shows blank, nothing for me to select there while creating SR.

so i am not able to move on to next step.

Anyone knows what the problem is?
