Duplicate serial Number

Hello All,

I am able to create duplicate SN which is already shipped confirmed earlier.  Example, Serial number SN1 is shipped from organization O1 and now I am able to create same serial number SN1 via work order  in org O2.  Please note, we are in E12.2.4 and Serial Number Uniqueness is set as "Witin Inventory Item"
