Bug 21854935 : PHYSICAL INVENTORY FEATURE NEEDED IN FUSION ASSETS

Currently there is no capability use of barcoding in doing a physical inventory in Fusion/Cloud Assets. There is an enhancement request BUG 21854935 with no timeline, other than a future release. Is there a Third Party option available for client to purchase? They prefer not doing manually against a report. Or, any ideas on how to solution this using a scanner or iPad to read barcode and capture necessary data.
