Quote to Sales Order without Sales Credit Info going to Booked Status with error in workflow

Oracle is allowing the Sales orders to get Booked even without Sales Credit information at Header/Line level. It does pop up the message "Order-level Sales Credit Total () Must Equal 100%" but still allows the Order status to be updated to "Booked" and the workflow at the Header level resulted in Error.

Need an Enhancement request to fix the issue for these type of Orders.
