Notify for Open transfers

Hi Community,

we are using xstore version 15 and we have a requirement to notify user for open transfers/documents in receiving.

to clarify more, in the closing store at the end of the day, if any register is open, you will get notification saying you must close the opened register. the requirement is to have the same notification at the closing process notifying for any open shipping or receiving transfers/documents.
