Create Agreements in HTML - R12.2.7

In the release document EBS_122_Cum_RCD_PROJ for R12.2.7 it says:

3.3.4.5. HTML Based Project Agreements

To avoid menu switching between Forms and HTML, customers can manage funding arrangements, as well as, define and maintain project agreements in HTML.

I cannot find the menu option for creation of agreements in HTML.

Can anyone guide me how to?
