Defining Metric Extension (ME): how to handle the data purge when the metric is no more in warning o

Version OEM 13C

I'm trying to do the following thing using OEM:

- Check on all the databases which DB accounts are in grace period then generate a report to a mailing list

For that i've defined a metric extension (basically i've followed MOS notes: Creating a Custom Report In Enterprise Manager Grid Control To Display Account Status Across Database Targets (Doc ID 1563549.1) and EM12c: How To Create A Custom Report Based On A Metric Extension in Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control (Doc ID 1622443.1))

then a monitoring template. Everything went fine and agent now retrieves data from the databases 1 time per day and my data are on the grid repository in mgmt$metric_current table.
