Serial number not available

Hi Team,

I have a unusual situation in receipt routing-P43250

We deal in serialized item number

For a Serial Number 2541 we have quantity in Routing

Routing setup-TRAN-DOCK-STOCK

Currently quantity with SN 2541 is in DOCK and when we try to do Stocking by moving quantity in receipt routing , i get error as "Serial Number not available"

This serial number is not available. It is "committed" to one of the following: Quantity in Operation, Quantity in Transit, or Quantity in Inspection. RESOLUTION: Replace the serial number in error with one that is available from inventory.

When i check in Item Availability we have 1 quantity available and 1 on receipt
