Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is it possible to do the following in a single OEM patch plan:

(this is where the target is an Oracle database)

a) de-install an existing patch

b) deploy a PSU

c) deploy a one-off patch

The order here is important; the de-install must happen before the deploys.
