Hyperion Planning Web Form Missing Date Values

Hyperion Version: 11.1.2.4

Within Hyperion Planning, we have an HCP Account dimension that is populated from PeopleSoft and includes the following date property:

When I view the web form, the date column is empty.  All other columns show the expected values; none of the other columns are dates.

What are some possible causes of the missing date values?  Could this be an Essbase issue rather than Planning?
