How to enable DFF on the Segment values form ?

Hi,

I have a value set which is attached to a DFF say customer class for customer in AR.

I have requirement to create new DFF on top this Customer class DFF with name customer tax which I did and created a new value set for Tax and attached to this new Tax DFF.

Now When i am entering values for this new Tax value set, I am looking to enable the DFF on the following segment value form.

Please suggest the steps.
