Which OPatch version download (APR 2018) should be used for DB 12.1.0.2

Regarding the Patch 6880880 for the APRIL 2018 OPatch, there seems to be two different downloads of OPatch version 12.2.0.1.13 available for Linux x86-64 depending on whether it's to be used for a DB 12.2.x or a DB 12.1.x.  The download filenames are different, however, their sizes and contents "appear" to be the same.  Since I'm on a closed network, I have to submit a request for these patches, but they are declining my request for OPatch 12.2.0.1.13 for DB 12.1 because they have already downloaded that same version, albeit for DB 12.2.  Are these indeed the same OPatch zipfiles or are they different?  Can I use the O
