How to request access in a specific *Service Type? e.g.: LAD Add-on Localizations

Hello,

My user is not possible to select *Service Type as LAD Add-on Localizations Brasil.

I am working in an OTM Project that we need open tickets to Brazil team of LAD Add-on Localizations. I am not able to select the correct Service type in the list.
