Collectors aren't assigned to Customers after enabling and using new custom Qualifier

Hi

We enabled a new custom qualifier "AGP" and enabled the required setup/configuration at the Territory and Customer account level. After this, we had run the Seeded job "Synchronize Territory Assignment Rules". The job completed successfully but we do not see the territory assignments to customers based on the new qualifier configured/setup.

Steps followed as below.

1. Enabled the custom Qualifier "AGP" by modifying the extensions. Steps as per the Doc ID 2031651.1 - R12.1.3 - Territory Management - Custom Matching Attributes White Paper.

2. After this step, we could see this custom qualifier at the Territory Setup (Territory Types Tab).
