Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi.,

We are planning to upgrade our cluster database version (11.2.0.3) to 11.2.0.4. Our current clusterware version is 11.2.0.1.

Can we upgrade database to 11.2.0.4 without upgrading clusterware from 11.2.0.1 version.
