FDMEE import error stops at Extracting data from Flat File

Unable to perform the import steps in FDMEE. Source is Flat file and No scripts are enabled. Import format we replicate with Dev instance.
We recently migrated FDM setup to QA FDMEE through Migration utility. When we are running the DataLoadRule it is giving the error as below.
