Documentation on R45400P - Pricing Table Purge

I am unable to find any documentation as to what records are purged using R45400P.  We are looking to purge expired F4072 records and hoping that this UBE would do just that along with any associated table records.  Does anyone have any documentation regarding this pricing table purge?  Thanks.
