Mark up cost for Project material issues from Inventory

Hi,

Our client requirement is for specific items add some markup cost  while issuing material to Projects from Inventory Module.   We are using standard costing. (R12.2.6 Version).

Ex: Item Cost :15 $

      Mark Up Cost : 5 $ (Dynamic Value) --- DFF (Attribute- 1 ) in Miscellaneous Transaction form

Is there any way to achieve this scenario.

Please advise .
