Is there any way to have the subledger and subledger type default into autopay timecards that are ge

My client is using subledger accounting and interfacing the majority of timecards.  The interface is populating the subledger and type, but the autopay timecards generated during payroll for salary employees and employees with pay on standard hours do not have the subledger info.  This is causing journal errors as the accounts are set to post edit code 'L' which requires a subledger.  Is there any way to have the subledger info default in to the autopay timecards?
