HSE - Incident Status changes
Hi All
I would like some thoughts on the best way to manage the status of a HSE Incident.
Please consider the following example:
An Incident is recorded for an event that resulted in an injury to an individual. The investigation occurs, actions are completed and the Incident status is changed to Closed. Some time in the future, the individual who was injured lodges a Workers Compensation claim due to some ongoing issues. The Incident needs to be re-opened so that the Workers Compensation details can be added.
Is it possible to change an Incident from Closed to Active?
Can we control who has the ability to make that change?
