some users are Unable to open forms from home page with authentication error login due to Ticket val

Dear All,

Some users in our oracle E-Business suite R12.2 are experiencing issues in opening forms after log in.

They are able to open and work with html pages. The forms log shows that this happened due to

Ticket validation failure.

The issue started happening after we have performed the below actions on Dec 31, 2017( we noticed the issues 2 - 3 weeks after the changes were applied)

1. Migrate the encrypted user passwords of the fnd_user table to hashed values using Doc ID 457166.1 as a security measure. and the log shows it completed successfully without any errors

2. Changed APPS,APPLSYSPUB and Guest Passwords as per our security procedure ( this step completed successfully without any issues)
