minification of Siebel Open UI custom JS and CSS

Hi,

We are planning to move the Siebel Open UI code to production but the files are many and causing problem when downloading using low bandwidth connections. So decided to minify the files to reduce the file size.

Is/Are there any OOTB Siebel tool to address this problem statement or any other licensed or free tool available as standalone program ?
