Licenses WMS and MSCA

Hi,

If I'm not wrong when buying WMS licenses this includes a restricted use of MSCA.

Is it correct ? What does 'restricted' exactly mean ?

Also, when buying MSCA for INV you should have same number of users of MSCA than of INV.

Is it also valid for WMS or you can have less users of WMS than of INV ?
