Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to load Thomson Reuters Tax Rate File in Oracle R12.1.3

Hi,

We are trying to load Tax Rates using the file received from Thomson Reuters and we are getting error

No data uploaded, check data file location and name.

The file looks to be good (we got ZIP+4) file. Any documentation that outlines the details would be helpful.
