N4201360 or R42995 erasing location status Q in 9.2

Hello,

We are using 9.2

We have QUARANTINE location updated with status code Q.

Few incidences shows that in F41021 status code is erased and application ID shown against it is N4201360 or R42995.

We are not using lot controlled items, but having Lot status set to Q works well and avoid inventory commitments.

Any idea if there is identified bug for same reason?
