when trying to connect EAS, it got hanged and not responding.

1) we have EAS service installed on 2 servers (101 and 102).

2) we have only three administrators who can access EAS (User =  1 , 2 , 3)

3) Even though EAS is on 2 servers, we usually select 101 from EAS drop down to connect.

4) All the three administrators login (RDP) into essbase server (98) to access EAS client.

5) Yesterday for user 1 and user 2, when trying to connect EAS using 101, it got hanged and not responding.

6) After we recycled EAS on both 101 and 102, user 1 one of the administrator was able to access using 102 from EAS drop down.

7) user 2 was unable to connect either with 101 or 102.

8) we tried logging into EAS using Admin id using 101, it got hanged and not responding.
