Issue with Edit Web Layout - IP2017

Hi,

We are unable to edit web layout for lot of applets (Custom/Standard) in our IP2017 sandbox.

I am looking at following article.

Can someone guide us if IP17-PS6 is ready to download? I have some community comments where PS6 is password protected and have some bugs. Have those been resolved?

We are not able to make progress with upgrade POC due to this issue, Appreciate any pointers?
