EBS 11i to R12.2.7upgrade:

Hi,

We are planning to upgrade 11i instance to R12.2.7.    As part of the upgrade,  we would like to change the character set to  AL32UTF8  from  UTF8 .     I typically use expdp/impdp  to do this but wanted to check if there is any better way to do this
