What if I installed some component and marked "licensed", can I revert to "not licensed"? R12.2.6

We used rapid install and accidentally marked some component as "licensed". It shows also "licensed" in Oracle Applications Manager with some "not licensed" and "share". Can I:

1. Uninstall individual component?

2. Mark "licensed" to "not licensed"?

Also, would like to know the legal liability that we are under ISO27001 and copyright is a concern. Is there any doc. from Oracle talking about this?

I am in R12.2.6
