ODA X7-2 HA re-image leading to a Boot issue

Hello,

We are performing re-image of a brand new X7-2 HA ODA with 12.2.1.2 image which is seems to be running for a day now.

It keeps re-imaging again and again. This seems to be a bug. Did anyone came across this situation.

By now it must have re-imaged like 10 times. How do i stop it.
