SPARC M4000 server is not booting up

Initially we had Faulted MBU_A error. After replacing the motherboard, the machine is now not booting up with the new motherboard. In showhardconf it show's motherboard is in degraded state. If we try to poweron the domain it starts and within few seconds again stops but there are no any error logs related to power or faulted motherboard. What should we do?
