Siebel Server Deployment in IP 17 shows partially deployed for a long time

Hi All,

We have installed IP 17 on new machine. done the DB upgrade for existing IP15 to IP17 Patchset 5.

In SMC , created Gateway profile, deployment succesfull. Alsowe see new enterprise as deployed.

Now we created new server profile and when we deployed that , its in partially deployed state for a long time. I dont see siebel service created , neither can i see any progress. Either it should show deployment failed or success.

I dont know where to check logs . dont see any logs under siebel server or cfgutillogs .

Please help how to investigate.
