Data Act - PIID/Parent PIID/Exclude fields not journal generating to Journal Line

The Data Act customization added the ability to enter federal awards info at:

1) PO Header lever

2) GL Journal line level

After journal generating PO EE entries to GL the information is not being copied to the journal line level as expected.  Is there a config or update that we haven't set correctly?
