How to find JE not transferred to Reporting Ledger?

Hello All:

We found a Reversing JE in Primary Ledger not transferred to Reporting Ledger that prompted the questions:

1)  How can we be sure all JE are imported to reporting ledger from primary ledger?

2)  How can we identify JE that have not been transferred to reporting ledger?

3)  Is there a report that help to reconcile between the primary and reporting?
