Inconsistency in creating debit memos for Return To Vendor
User is complaining that the debit memos are not created consistently when they perform Return to Vendor transactions and they had to create them manually. This is happening random and not for a particular supplier and only for one particular org.
I reviewed the user process and see no user error. I wanted to check to see if I can find the value of the Checkbox Create Debit Memo in the Receiving Returns screen, I see this values isn't stored after the return is processed.
Can you please provide me with any pointers to debug the issue?
