How can I get a list of objects (programs, reports, tables etc.) affected by the latest JDE E1 9.2 r

I am looking for a listing of all the objects affected by applying the latest JDE E1 9.2 release so I can plan the required testing. I looked on LearnJDE.com but only saw the new features added or just the table changes. Will a release roll in support patches as well or are those applied separately now?

FYI we are on an earlier release of 9.2 (Feb 2016) and just looking to move to the latest release.
