Is it possible to Charge the Rebuildable Item cost to customer using Work Order billing

Dear All,

I've created a work order which contains two items;

1. Materials (108CARPE-RUBDOORSTO)
2. Rebuildable Inventory item.

I've issue both the material against a work order. Below is the details of the WIP Issue and relevant cost.

When I'm initiating the billing process using work order billing functional - EAM, the cost against rebuildable item is not populated and the item is also not auto populated as mentioned in the below screen.

Please be noted the all the setup is same for the two Items which is shown in the above Screen, the only difference is 1) is Material and 2) is Rebuildable Inventory Item.
