Oracle Property Manager - When try to change “Approval Status” on lease form getting error message “

Hi,

We are trying to change the lease approval status on lease form "Draft" to "Final" but getting error message like, “This record has been modified by another user. The new information for this record is as follows: Column modified: Name etc."

This message is not getting for all leases for few leases we are getting not able to figure out why this message is appearing for few leases.

Did anybody have faced the same issue? If so what was the root cause if know please share with us it would be grateful and what solution was implemented?

Note: We don’t want to update the tables from backed.
