E1:Build Package and Deploy Package During the work day

Dear Everyone,

Web users has encountered poor performance each time the Developer deployed an update package during user's working time.

Is it allowed to build and deploy an update package during the time number of users are on their accessing through E1 Web server.

We also facing deployed failed and look like JVM cannot completely convert to Database. After that the parent package is damaged.

Appreciate it if anyone can recommend in order to prevent it.
