iReceivables self service responsibility

Hello All,

Is there a way we can use iReceivables self service responsibility to register the customer internally? Meaning We are planning to assign iReceivables self service responsibility to our internal staff and they will use this responsibility to register on behalf of the customer?

If this responsibility can't be used, is there any other we can achieve this?
