Hold code for ST/OT and SO

Good day,

There is a business requirement for Incubation hold code.  After production All items will go to Incubation Hold code status.  After 7 days these incubation should be released automatically. (I think for this wee need to make a custom batch application to change the lot status by comparing the production date.)

Another requirement business need to allow incubation status items to allow ST/OT due to space constraints in the plant and it should be not be available for normal sales orders for the customers. Please advise how we can fulfill this requirement.
