i-receivables for internal staff

We have around 25 sections in our organization and the management wants to each section to issue or enter their own invoice and capture the payment received for that invoice.

We have Oracle finance module in which oracle receivables is in use and this is used by only finance with limited users license.

Please suggest if  we can use i-receivables in this case or is this only for customers , will there be any issues
