Child Product which has Default Cardinality = 1 is being added in an after sales modify order even i

Hi,

We are currently facing an issue whereby the child product is being added in order line item even though the parent action code is not "Add". The child product is a default product whic we only expect to be added when the parent product has "Add" action code. Have any of you encounter the same? Can help to share what solution did you make?
