URL attachment in maintenance mobile application not responding

Hello
I'm  testing  the maintenance mobile application and add URL attachment to my work order.

From My work menu i select the work order, open the Attachments and click on the attachment URL that I added to the work order before.
I don't get any response and the URL not opening
What I missing here ??
